Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within a period of fourteen days.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, takes physical possession of the last good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Attention: BASKETSMODES

Email (contact@basketsmodes.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form but it is not obligatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that:

(i) you send your communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired;

(ii) the products have not been used, opened or damaged;

(iii) the products have been returned intact and in their packaging original. Where applicable, the packaging must retain the original seal.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen, where applicable, a method of delivery other than the least expensive method of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to:

Without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. We will bear the costs of returning the goods provided that you use the return label provided to you.

You can also complete and submit the withdrawal form in the "your account" section of our website www.basketsmodes.com If you use this option, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal on a durable medium (for example, by email) without delay.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
